Our foals

What we enjoy the most about breeding American Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys is that every year we get to witness the great miracle of birth and then get to enjoy these delightful bundles of joy for the next 6 months.

We are really proud of the foals we breed and on this page we would like to share with you some of these special babies born  last season.

 

 

Clovercrest La Bella Donna
Another outstanding girl for Billie-Jo who has now given us 7 jennies in a row. Bella Donna got a Reserve Champion young stock at the Auckland Easter Show before travelling to Ecclestone Valley Miniature Donkey Stud in Tasmania to join her sister Clovercrest Bobbie-Jo.

Clovercrest Loretta
Loretta is a tiny package with outstanding conformation. Shown at the Auckland Easter Show aged 6 months, she won Young stock Champion, National Miniature Donkey Champion, and then went on to win Supreme Donkey in Show. Loretta is not for sale at this stage, as we will be showing her this coming season.

Clovercrest Amazing Grace
We have called this girl "Amazing Grace" as it was truly amazing that she survived a very difficult birth.She is very stocky like her sire Sparky Magnito and has great conformation. Gracie is not for sale. We will be showing her along with Loretta.

Clovercrest Dominick
A lovely friendly boy,Dominick has been gelded and will make his home in Rangiora with Luca.

Clovercrest Brunotti
We are retaining this son of Nestle and Trios, a daughter of Billie-Jo, because of his outstanding bloodlines and as a future herd sire. He is tiny, but very correct. He too will be shown next season.

Together with Dominick, Luca will be gelded and make his home in Rangiora.

AKA Toby. A lovely NLP son of Pizzaz. Puccini has been gelded and along with Tiffany will make his home in Lower Hutt.
